Goatzilla is a four-piece hard/pub/punk rock act performing heavy hitting originals that exist somewhere on the heavy spectrum between Motorhead, early ACDC, Guns and Roses, and Radio Birdman -infused with 2020’s heaviness. Formed in 2015 in the Gold Coast, Goatzilla tore up the SEQ punk and metal scene and released their debut album “Muthafukasaurus” in 201. Several tracks were picked up by International YouTubers including Ozzyman Reviews, Supercar Blondie, and Colin Furze. The single “Drop Bear” was voted into the coveted #1 spot in 4ZZZ’s annual Hot 100. A lineup change in late 2019 now sees Goatzilla boasting two shredding lead guitarists taking turns in delivering facemelting solos over thunderous riffs inspired by the band’s musical heroes from the 70s to 90s.
