Sydney thrash metal veterans DARK ORDER are celebrating 30 years of headbanging madness by hitting the road and performing some of their classic songs from all three current albums as a lead-up to the new album release for early 2023.
Since their formation in December 1992 by founding member Raul Ignacio Alvarez Garcia (originally under the name VANADIUM from 1993-to 1995), the band has stood the test of time for over 30 years to evolve a sound unique to itself, unlike any other band that exists in Australia.
Predominately Thrash Metal, DARK ORDER has also blended touches of Death Metal, Traditional Heavy Metal, Power Metal, and, South American Andean music, forging a sound that is second to none.
Prior to the release of ‘Cold War Of The Condor’ in 2010, the band has also released two albums – “5000 Years of Violence” in 1998 and “The Violence Continuum” in 2002 and have also previously supported German thrash band Destruction.
The band is currently recording new songs for an upcoming album to be released in 2023. In the meantime, check out the dates below and catch DARK ORDER live!
